1. RETURNS (a) The Seller is under no obligation to accept return of goods supplied and credit the Buyer accordingly, except in the following circumstances: -
(i) Goods returned as being damaged in transit.
(ii) Goods returned pursuant to a request by the Seller following a complaint or quality of goods made under Clause 6 hereof.
(iii) Where in the Seller's opinion the goods delivered do not meet the description of the goods agreed between the Seller and the Buyer when the order was placed.
Goods not required must be notified in writing within 3 days and returned within 21 days of receipt, in original packaging and in re-saleable conditions.
In all other circumstances the prior agreement of the Seller must be received by the Buyer to the return of goods.
(b) The Seller reserves the right to make a charge for the return of goods subject to circumstances in (a) above.
(c) Subject to circumstances in (a) above special orders cannot be returned.
(d) Returns can only be accepted on food, drink and chemical cleaning products if the goods are received in faulty condition, prior agreement must be obtained from your local sales office.
